Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing your shop on Hing Privileges is free. The only cost is the perk you choose to give members, and you decide what that is.
What kind of perk should I offer?
Anything that gives people a reason to visit: a free add-on, a member price or a discount on a first visit. You can cap how many vouchers are available, and each member can claim a perk once a month.
How do members redeem?
Members show a QR voucher on their phone. Your staff scan it with the free HING Merchant web app, which also shows your recent redemptions. Some perks can be claimed by WhatsApp instead.
Will I get the customer's details?
Only if the member chooses to share them. When claiming, members can tick an optional box to share their name and contact with your shop. Otherwise you see that a Hing member redeemed, along with when it happened.
Who are the members?
Members are people in Singapore who join Hing Privileges for free to discover local cafes, restaurants and services. Anyone can join, and members claim perks on their phone before they visit.
